Registration Forms available here. Please note that places are not confirmed until registration forms with deposits are received and minimum numbers reached. Registration closes 3 weeks before clinic start date. Deposits are non-refundable within 14 days of the clinic unless accompanied by Doctors Certificate. Full payment due 2 weeks prior to clinic commencement and non-refundable within  7 days of clinic commencement. Payment by cheque or bank transfer. A copy of the Level 1 or 2 Handbook is included in the appropriate clinic fee.
